The cowardice of white Christian conservative evangelical women is the issue. They witness abuse of themselves, their mothers, sisters & daughters. McCain selected Sarah Palin because he hated GW Bush & the micromanagement of his campaign by the white house. McCain understood the secret civil war occurring inside the Republican Party & tossed his own grenade in the form of a Schlafly-endorsed Palin into the mix. Suicidal.
