Honestly, the politics on both sides of the aisle have been amazingly disheartening - from the Democrats saying "let her speak" to "no, she shouldn't be forced to speak" to many Republicans cravenly defending Kavanaugh despite the awful allegations.

LETTING her testify? Are you fucking kidding me? Even Anita Hill was afforded the reopening of the background check prior to testimony. I’m about sick of hearing what a big favor this is and that she’s rejecting it. Shes not. Shes asking that it be fair and just. It’s not.
