This is fucked up. As Republican who values limited government, why are you excited that NFL players’ right to protest?!

Correction: Why are you excited that the NFL players have lost their right to a peaceful protest?!
-
Do you get to protest during your work hours at your workplace?
-
In ways that are within reason and do not prevent me from leaving the workplace, YES.
-
Kneeling during a song does not prevent a player from attending the game. It does not prevent the player from scoring a touch down or completing a pass. It in NO WAY interferes with their ability to successfully do their job.

I'm deeply ashamed to have you as my representative. And speaking of shame, there will come a time when you will look back with a great deal of it when you think of all the ways you enabled the American disgrace in the White House.

Sad for you

hey, i'm not the one who's gonna have to explain to his grandkids that he helped a guy who called nazi's 'very fine people', who bragged about walking in on teenage girls changing clothes, and who makes fun of handicapped people.

Then don't let it upset your snowflake tummy! Time to move along, maggot! That judge didn't say I couldn't block!

you block bc you know you've defended the indefensible.

I think Steve Scalise is a great man and OUR PRESIDENT too! Too bad your blinders are on.

-
But where did those trillions of dollars go? Oh yeah...Iran!

Unfortunately, the new rules include the loophole of “players ON the field”. Players have the option of staying off-field until the anthem is finished! Pitiful.
-
True but the kneelers want attention, like little kids, take the attention away and lets just see what happens.

-
They’ll kneel. And y’all won’t do shit. End of story.

“Land of the free and home of the brave?” By forcing someone to stand you are in fact proving that we aren’t members of a free society. You are also eroding the First Amendment rights given to those Americans who happen to be professional football players.
