I don't mean this flippantly or to come across like an online troll, but I have found it hard to believe that you didn't come through that process as a significantly different and better man.

For example, I thought you'd come out of this more in favor of actually improving our healthcare system instead of gutting it ... or more in favor of reasonable guns control measures and not NRA talking points.
-
Had that been the case, I could have seen you stepping in and really providing meaningful leadership to Republicans and to our nation. You could have actually spoken with authority.

Go on vacation "anger bag" and seek anger management. God bless you and your family Mr. Scalise.

And wasn’t one of the officers who saved his life LGBTQ?

And afterwards you could have done something about access to guns in this country but instead you ignored it and afterward we had 2 of the 5 deadliest mass shootings. Not to mention all the school shootings and random gun violence in the last year.
-
All carried out by Democrats...... We are working on voting out all Democrats, give us a little more time...

mass shootings have all happened by Democrats??? Try again tinfoil hat - in the few years we’ve seen an uptick of right or altright young white males committing hate crimes, including mass shooters. They are being radicalized just like ISIS was but on right hate sites. -

Then, do something abt
#GunViolence. -
Happy to help point you in the right direction
@SteveScalise. There lots of common sense gun reform out there. -
Rep
@SteveScalise, to add to@RambaKy's point, now that you were saved and given a second chance at life, make every minute worthy of that chance. This is not a@gop or a@TheDemCoalition issue. Rather, it is a bipartisan one. One that involves national security.#GunControl - 1 more reply

The worse thing about the attack is that since it was Republicans who were shot, no media covered it after the first day. Had a Dem leader been wounded we would hear about it 24/7 even now(except for covering
#Stormy) and they would be up for a Purple Heart. -
What a foolish remark. There was a lot of media coverage of this event, which is how we all learned about it. Also, Purple Hearts aren't given out to civilians. C'mon man.
-
The remark was meant as satire (tough to recognize I know) I'm aware no citizens get the medal. Media coverage lasted about two days. My point is the disparity of MSM coverage between their liberal loves and the hated conservatives.
-
It's not satire when you're actually trying to slam the very thing you're pretending to slam. Perhaps you should stick to other forms of humor till you figure that out.
