It’s clear you have no clue about the economics of our healthcare system. Disgraceful.

It's clear you're a committed socialist, especially disgraceful. The land of the free and the home of the brave is not beholden to the medical industrial complex!
-
You think you’re going to escape the shackles of the “medical industrial complex” by not buying insurance? Not planning to interact with the healthcare system at all? Good luck with that.

If you looked past the “OMG the socialist Muslim Obama did it, so it must be bad” and examined the actual economics of it, you’d realize how much more efficient ACA is for America. But, govt would rather have a system that benefits insurers. Try thinking about long term for once.

Housing, higher educations, health care - - all examples of sectors where the govt's interference has caused hyperinflation. The Free Market work its magic.

I know, right! They even make you buy car insurance or you can’t drive! It supports a “risk pool”, the more people in the pool, the cheaper the insurance gets! Get it?
-
Here's a thought Ray, we are endowed by our creator to live free: not be subject to an automatic tax by the Federal Government to take our next breath. The privilege of driving a car no comparison to the RIGHT TO LIVE FREE!
-
I think you are thinking of “life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness”! Maybe diving is part of the happiness (insurance required), and life is partly having health care (insurance required). No one lives truly “free”, laws kill that so maybe a cave in Alaska works for you.
-
Can't abide by the notion that being obligated to participate in a Marxist socialized medicine scheme has any role in the Founder's description of happiness.
-
I hear you, but the founders couldn’t have imagined 300 mil souls, airplanes, cars, etc. Times have changed and so must we. We all pay indirectly for the flaws of the whole, I don’t have a problem with that, its the American thing to do.
-
My car insurance goes up because of bad drivers, my health insurance goes up because of unhealthy lifestyle choices of others, my taxes go up because of the needs of others. There is no escaping it, I don’t like it, but I accept it as part of being an American.
-
There is nothing American about socialism! Your claims about car insurance rates are not equivalent. U could easily go ur entire life and never submit a claim against ur car insurance, unlike "health insurance". 1/2

I've had to pay for this unconstitutional mandate for 3 yrs b/c I couldn't afford healthcare.
-
Yep, and without having to pay a fine you might have been able to see a Dr.

I broke my finger last year, had to set it myself at home because I didn't have the money to go to the hospital, bloodflow was cut off, it hurt pretty bad.
