The facilities and medical staff are top-notch. The problem is that far too many people don't have access to them. Not sure why that's so hard for you guys to understand....
America has the greatest healthcare system on the face of the planet and leads the world in medical innovation.
I know this firsthand. I would not be here today without it.

Because when the government runs and provides all the health insurance they will dictate the price they will pay and medical innovation and advancement will retard and regress. That is why government run health insurance is bad.
