I filed a discharge petition to bypass Pelosi and force a vote on @RepAnnWagner’s #BornAlive Act to protect babies who survive attempted abortions. Every Republican has signed the petition. But it’s been 6 months and only 3 Democrats have been willing to sign it. That’s shameful.
