Quite clearly an administrative error

Nope. A systemic error. 35 page booklet of evidence filled out and ignored. Multiple phone calls explaining the situation also ignored.

That Danny was required to do that is outrageous. P.s. It’s beautiful & there’s so much love in this image.

@SteveRoberts_ - I would like to write a blog post about Danny and his case. Would that be OK? Could you give me any more details you would like to include? Thanks. -
I’ll get back to you... I’ll follow and DM you?

Steve, am intrigued as to what they asked your brother and what work he might be able to do. Keep fighting. Best of luck to you both

To be fair, the assessor apologised as soon as she saw him. It’s the system that is broken, not the individual.

Here's Isabel. I filled her universal credit form in cos she's non verbal with severe learning disabilities, Downs & autism. The DWP chap said he needed to speak to her! I sorted that, then got another call 2 mnth later asking if there were any changes to report...

This is the exact thing that is happening. It’s grim. We need to address this and have it squarely in the public eye. The system is broken. Give My love to Isabel. Sorry for what she has been put through
