Asking the wrong question. How much effort does it take to construct a ballot that will confuse democratic voters to vote for the wrong candidate. Why did it not confuse republican voters equally?

if 25k of the million people missed it, I think it is more of a reflection of the 25k poor eyesight rather than the design given the small percentage that didn't catch it. I mean, the two biggest ballot votes would be for governor and senator, if you can't see one of them ask...
