Another version I've always taught: when you hear yourself thinking "that doesn't apply to me" switch it to "how can I apply this to my situation?"

Life-changing mindset shift: “This won’t work for me because X.” Becomes "X is true. So, how can I make this work for my situation?”

Couldn't get 7-9 hours of macrodozing last night? Try this: In the early afternoon, lie down & close your eyes for 20-40 minutes to recharge. I call it "Microdozing." (My biggest concern is the world isn't ready for these brand new, cutting-edge biohacking techniques.)

I stumbled across the BEST biohack for optimal human performance. It's tricky, but here's what to do: Lie in bed with your eyes closed, for like, 7-9 hours. If you can actually pull this off, productivity for the next 16 hours will be INSANE. I call it "Macrodozing."

How to build a pretty darn good physique: -Get strong: squats, deadlifts, push-ups, pull-ups. -Eat protein & veggies/fruit at every meal. -Increase carbs & fat for weight gain. -Reduce carbs & fat for weight loss. -Do "cardio" you actually enjoy. -Sleep 7+ hrs a night.

Don’t compare yourself to You from “the before times." That person hadn't dealt with a worldwide pandemic and extended lockdown. This is your new starting point.
