I feel like most people came around on Buck but I hear ya

20 seconds before you tweeted this someone was like “he’s awful”

He’s genuinely gotten a lot better since he started doing national broadcasts as well. He takes himself a lot less seriously these days. People’s opinions calcified in 2003 or so and never evolved.

People also hate him because they think it’s hip or funny to do that. You can do a lot worse than Joe Buck.

Same. I mean I said this before but like, he’s good from a technical standpoint. He doesn’t try to do too much. If the biggest knock on him is his lack of enthusiasm, that’s not that big of an insult
