Generally in these high-troll situations, I mute rather than block - because blocking becomes a trophy. But this time, I’m fully tired of these assholes repeatedly getting in my mentions, for other people to have to respond to.

It already exists - it's called private profiles
It blocks out everyone who doesn't follow you. Not good enough. Needs to be more specific.
