We need a brave hacker to infiltrate Twitter HQ physically and add code to twitter that lets users autoblock all new accounts via secret API. Plot of Mr. Robot 2? In all seriousness Twitter should let us dictate who can interact with us automatically.

It blocks out everyone who doesn't follow you. Not good enough. Needs to be more specific.
