TF2 has survived on identifiable cool characters. (and hats) It just makes sense to focus on new characters rather than new loadouts to me

@Niichts The problem with TF2 is lack of core game format. This limits their ability to add new characters, for sake of balance issues.
@Lorg_ Im not saying TF2 should, I'm saying I've wanted to see another game do this for a long time now. Not a 7 year old game revamp itself
