Need a character who just always has that problem all the time right as he's about to solve stuff. Then basically 1punchman finally shows up. I'm describing 1punchman i think

Always wonder "Where are the other super heroes when this character is doing their own problem?" Are there any arcs that actually are anti-climatically ended by another established character just showing up and solving all the problems easily in marvel/dc?
