    I don't believe hype is itself the problem. I think it is people who put in little effort, or are quickly dismissive of the idea

    Helpful, yes. And I think we should all have one (game creators). But there has to be room for exceptions, new ideas

    Couldn't say, since everything I create is game related. But maybe coworkers would benefit if the workplace were gamified.
