NASA’s WB-57 reconnaissance plane now taking off from Ellington Field at 2:30pm CST (3:30pm EST), according to an updated flight plan. That would put it over Boca Chica around 3:30pm CST.

It doesn't take that long to fly from Houston down to Brownsville. Likely be there with 25-30 minutes. Gotta factor in loitering time. Remember, it is an estimated time. They can go at any point if SpaceX is ready.
