I think that every time... It seems to be an outdated argument to use the 2nd amendment for justifying military fire arms in civilian hands.

I'm not taking a side or even staying my beliefs but I think we all know he was making a joke yet making a pretty good point in the process. He never implies that driving is an amendment right so don't add or inflict false ideas into a debate on either sides issues.
