I don't know who needs to hear this, but the $350B that is being allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, is being quickly taken up by business owners with savvy financial advisors/accountants who are urging them to apply and walking them through the process.

I'm a small business owner, and we do have access. It's just about getting the right info, reaching out to contacts, and following through. Not everyone that has a business will be smart enough to know what to do that's true.
