    Recovery is a weird dance between letting go of your old self and taking a chance on this new self you don't even know yet. As someone who is a year into learning this dance let me tell you: You are worth it. You can do it. Your life will change. This is what you deserve 💚

    Stop scrolling. Your research is important and meaningful. It may not feel like it now, but the effort you are putting in - the late nights, the checking and double checking, the erasing and rewriting - will be worth it in the end. Also, drink a glass of water. OK, continue.

    I love this. I personally do blind-weighs whenever I'm required to be weighed (Don't recommend doing this in heels as I tripped going on backwards on Friday) . I wonder what my GP would do if I responded with ones of these 😂 Shared from @with_this_body IG

    I have finally completed a full draft of my systematic review on cognitive flexibility in anorexia nervosa. 🥳 It has taken me a year longer than I planned, and there is still a lot of work to, but for now I'm just happy that it is finished.
