Hi Steph, thanks for reaching out. To confirm, do you see the same happening across devices/browsers? Are you signed into the right account. Also, have you tried updating/reinstalling the app to see if it makes a difference? Keep us posted.

Hi, I'm signed into the right account. Series 1 doesn't work (comp, tablet and phone) but series 2, 3 and 4 do even after a reinstall/update.
