        It should be classified as a "false report to a peace officer,", and hence a punishable crime. At least in Texas, falsely accusing sexual offense is a Class B misdemeanor; punishable by up to $20K and/or 180 days jail time.

        As I've said, black people are the most racist people in this country. This is the second time this week where body cam footage has exposed a racist black person against a *white* LEO. I think it was Larry Elder who pointed how how important these body came are, so true.
