And apparently to the parents as well.

Lay off the Texas governor
@GregAbbott_TX. He meant that no OFFICIAL notice had been taken of this kid, such as psychologists psychiatrists and police. Don't rag on my Texas governor. He's doing the job#MAGA#Texas#RedWaveRising2018#ProtectOurKidsThanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

As well as the black trench coat w/Nazi and Communist symbols...
-
Those weren’t just political symbols, they represent other mass killers who wore similar pins. The trench coat, pins, the born to kill shirt. All were public indicators that he idolized the Columbine shooters. This is something that should have been obvious to school officials.

I wrote born to kill on my army helmet in Iraq. I never shot up a school.

It was a bit early for him to make that assessment, I was surprised when I heard it.

School counselors need to expel these losers.
-
No, these losers need to be forced into medical and psychiatric treatment.
-
Forcing into treatment runs the risk of a non-cooperative patient and may not gain and benefit from treatment, but something needs to be done;
-
Then, you keep them hospitalized until they decide to cooperate.
-
I’m not arguing w/you. I’m trying to think through it. I think our society has to come to grips that there simply are some people who aren’t safe to let loose in society no matter how much treatment they receive. Science isn’t all-powerful.
-
So we can incarcerate and treat, but where does it stop?
-
No easy answers. Just to add more complication, IMO pedofiles should be among the permanently incarcerated or highly limited in civil freedoms (if not incarcerated). Recidivism is too high among them to keep believe they can be treated to modify behavior.
-
Dr. Laura Schlesinger agrees. I agree also, but for me, "limited freedom" is not an option. So the next question is, "Can we afford to permanently incarcerate every one of these (and other societal incompatibles) and fight all the associated lawsuits regarding their care?"

Social Media controllers are obviously too busy and have too many people assigned to going after Conservatives. Maybe they should, at the very least - ADD another algorythm.
