Different definitions of failure though. During the first years of communism in Ukraine, there were double digit population declines, from hunger. A lot of gains were made in minarchist US for a long while. Still, it looks like in the end it will be a ruin.

Bom, devo admitir que meu conhecimento sobre Hoppe é bem superficial. Um dia ainda lerei com mais calma. Mas lembro de ter um lido um artigo dele sobre isso e achei bem sem pé-nem-cabeça (outros de seus artigos, pelo contrário, são muito bons).
