In Mil-Intel, had female agents and female officers. Both were as good as it gets, & I was happy with both. USAFSS & SAC had great people--the best! USA was well served. Best friend in SAC, LCol Kermit Beahan (RIP). Great officer!

I'm a geek, an intellectual, an athlete (or was then, lol), a politico and strategist, a leader. My senator wanted to nominate me for Annapolis and I politely declined thinking no time for education. Some of us are human. Smart kids either gender hit post-conventional, pre-teen.

Post-conventional teens are exactly the kids who are prepared to work with people if any gender, age, whatever. Open leadership programs up so they aren't silo'd. You aren't tied to identity politics are you?
