How do you enforce a deregulation? Isn’t that a bit contradictory?

Yeah, because without regulations, anarcho-capitalists are going to find some way to profit from cleaning up the environment...? What are ancaps smoking?

What incentive does a modern free market have to destroy the environment? If the Private market owns the property, and consumes the products, we'll have incentives to protect the environment. Over -Regulation only benefits the people we both despise.

Profit margins were down. There's your incentive to destroy environment. "The government will just fix it for us, so might sas well go for broke trying to please investors..."

That's how corporations work who largely feast on regulations that keep competition out of markets. When you have the power of, government regulations, you have no accountability in the free market. Even worse, you can bathe in Crony Capitalism creating more problems.

You can enforce deregulation by continuing to deregulate. It's not that hard.

Depends on the regulations; some agencies will continue to push their old agenda unless you actively force them to stop. BLM, EPA, for example.

If the govt was a computer, entering “deregulation” into DOS (obviously it runs on DOS) would result in “SYSTEM ERROR” #statistsgonnastate
