A piece of good advice before no fault divorce and stet welfare existed... A better piece of advice is always meet your potential mates parents and siblings, if you find them to be irresponsible and horrible, second guess even getting married.

Very true. People need to pay attention to this because you don't exactly get to go back in time and correct your mistakes. Having kids with someone you shouldn't have is just plain awful, sad and a waste of your life.
