This is rich coming from a company based in a state that's 94.6% white.

My people are a minority but we commit a butt load of crime. So technically it's not racism when you get caught nor is it strange for the percentage to be high. However being black does up your chances of getting a max sentence vs not.

It tells me that there is a crime problem in the black community. Rather than try to cover it up with arrest quotas, how about working to stop the crime instead.
