Well the crap will be back the next day making it look like they did nothing. Removing the Statue is a statement about removing the history of the city.

Priorities of libs still astounds me.

Statue being removed to make room for more poop and needles.

I think the removal of these statues is ridiculous. They are there for us to remember where we came from and how we can do better. Yea some are memorials for horrific events and by removing or destroying them is like trampling in those that not only conquered but also fell.

Soon they'll put up statues of homeless people since that's the true representation of the city.

Stupid, removal of historic landmarks doesn't erase the black mark that they could possibly represent. And oftentimes they are supposed to be a reminder of what not to do.

Removing statues wipes out the history , not racism. That is a perception of the heart, mind , and spirit.

The city workers that have to clean that up should get extra hazard pay. Dealing with feces and needles they are exposing themselves to E. coli, Hepatitis C, HIV, and Lord knows what else!
