When the world completes its submission to Islam and conversion to sharia law the instances of rape will go to zero because rape will no longer be a crime.

Perhaps the London police dept. should be sent to Saudi Arabia for educational purposes. Then they would know its really the victims fault, and the percentages would drop. They are just not as enlightened as their immigrant friends.
