If he's going to make a plea from emotion. How about the plea of the hundreds of millions slaughtered by their governments in the 20th century, after they were disarmed? Gun control enables evil where the margin of error is in the tens of millions of deaths.

To those broad-stroke defenders of the 8th amendment: How many of you have actually HAD cruel and unusual punishment inflicted upon you?

One crazy man is enough as argument to gun ban supporters, but millions of gun owners who never did such things don't serve as argument in the opposite way?
