While the Dems ribbed Trump over the size of his Haiti donations (eg $100k to the Clinton Foundation) when the Clintons were so visible there, one hospital record included a quiet thank you (now gone) for a large generator Trump donated. Practical. No fuss. No publicity. Nice.
