I remember getting in an argument over how returning an item that a certain person felt was too much of a hassle to clean after using it, was an abuse of a return policy.Unless something is damaged, you made a bad decision. The store or manufacturer shouldn't have to eat the cost

Sad world we live in.

The most important part of R&D is knowing how and when it will break. This should affect pricing an item, with consideration to production cost. Will it be cheap, not warrantied/accept return beyond its life or will it be more expensive with warranty beyond its life?

But.......they priced these products above the competition and sold them based on the warranty. That is like a cemetery stopping mowing the grass. A deal is a deal.
