All of those programs already exist, I come from immigrant parents English is my second language was homeless from age 10 through 12. If I can do it any able bodied person can make it.

So your answer to this is to give a government, that you say is corrupt, more power... If you work hard a day get an education, preferably in the STEM fields and not gender studies, you will be fine. That's not to say things don't happen. Life isn't easy.
