Nah. The Fed and gov don’t let go of any scrap of power with ease. They certainly aren’t going to let go of the global power of the dollar. The appearance of incompetence or passivity is assuredly stealthy ongoing work behind the scenes.

I hope you are right, but I think that they will force him into wars for profit, since that's how the military industrial complex makes money, and most of the politicians are bought and paid for by them.

Yes, wars create jobs, but main prize is ensuring that resource rich countries price their oil etc in USD so that they accept paper for real wealth (energy, minerals etc) as well as destroying any competition for such resources from those who refuse USD seigniorage (like Russia)
