I don't know any mother who is happy to go back to work so soon after having a baby. It's just the sad reality of needing a dual income in many places and employers that won't make any concessions for new mothers.

You’re not seeing the big picture. It’s not that the family needs the dual income. The majority are single mothers that had to work to support their children. It’s the destruction of the family.

The number of women I meet who are back at work 6 weeks post delivery is staggering. It's gotta be difficult to hand a newborn over to day care that soon.
