It's weird that Mr. Kristol is talking to Trump rather than Congress about what the bill should look like. Trump gave his conditions to sign the bill; it's up to Congress to meet those requirements with 60 votes. Or Trump vetoes it & 67 is required. #60or67

He just wants “the way we’ve always done it” back so badly. He is having a real issue trying to provide any real value now that he has been made obsolete by @realDonaldTrump and the #MAGA movement.
