American federal politicians are to ensure people are protected, not provided for. Any politician who goes against this, goes against our founding fathers intent with our federal government.

Sadly you're right. We need people learning about our founding, acadamia is failing to teach the principles and value of our limited government.

Love? "Never adopt higher standards than your enemy." - S. Molyneux
-
You included quote marks. Is there a reference, or are you making that up? Even if accurate, I am not anywhere near turning on Molyneux for probably suggesting weapons powerful enough to defend against what the bad guys brought to the fight.
-
It is a direct, very simple and brilliant quote with which I absolutely agree.
-
1. Can you provide a source? 2. Why do you agree?
-
@StefanMolyneux can. It was in a fairly recent podcast. I agree because it's self-evident that your chance of winning is greatly diminished and your chance of losing is made almost a certainty if you let enemies use your kindness / weakness against you. -
You started out sounding like a criticism of Molyneux by putting a question mark after the word love. Now you sound different. I guess that one word alone without explanation left me unsure.
-
It was your choice to read it that way. "Love" refers to Trump's quote, which Stefan referenced, and I added a question mark because our infiltrators do not "love" us so we mustn't adopt the far higher standard of "love" in dealing with them.
-
My choice!! It still reads nebulous to me. But I do know from years on this planet that an issue may be all my own without realizing it till much later. Hate that part of living. Could be one of those occasions. Thanks for the explanation either way.

Politicians only have a "love" for money and power. At least the currupt ones do. That's about 60 to 70% of them i would think lol
-
Try 99.25% = 535 minus
@RandPaul@RepThomasMassie@justinamash@jaredpolis = the percentage of offices filled by sociopaths when those offices are the primary progenitors of corrupted government power, and speaking the harsh truth tends to lose political races. -
What is the harsh truth? We can't help but be manipulated by political persuasion and lies? I am sure there are more Americans out there who wouldn't mind politicians giving WE the people an honest but harsher look at reality.

Yeah, that is equally as scary to hear a politician talk about.

That wasn’t the worst part. He also said DACA was the first step in immigration reform. Lol, he thinks he’ll have leverage left after selling out his base.

It's equally as terrifying hearing politicians talking about justice and freedom.
