that's still incorrect. latinos vote about 60/40 democrat, and they make up 17% of the total US population while black make up about 13 % of the population. are you an afrocentrist?

if you review once again the chart you just provided, which i do not doubt is correct, the latino vote has remained in and around the number you gave, 70/30. i am the one that made a hasty remark, albeit it is evident that latinos are not every election becoming more democrat.
