Morally dubious but a doll preferable to a person of course. If that would be the cure for exploitation I'd live with that but problem goes far deeper!

Agree morally dubious but no reason it should be illegal. After all, no one is going after masturbation devices or adult size dolls because it promotes rape. What's next, prosecuting men for dating adult women under 5' tall?

I don't see it as good. They would soon tire of a doll and go after human targets. If they are used to gratification from the doll. The pressure to get the same from the child will be detrimental to any child around them.
