People concerned that Bitcoin might be somewhat inefficient for buying a latte don’t seem to be as bothered that government fiat currency is horribly efficient for funding bottomless immigration, endless wars and intergenerational debt enslavement.

Ok smartass: if we streamed 1¢ xfers to users (we have a *billion*) for web/app rev sharing, it'd generate *millions of txns per second* that would need to be processed instantly for near-0 fee. Doing that via L1 txns is a fantasy, and your big blocks are a laughable non-solution

Yes, the loss to a consumer who loses 20% spending power to Inflation every time he spends is indistinguishable from a consumer who lost 20% in transaction fees. Like inflation the first to get new money are advantaged.

Only in bitcoin, if you saved $1000 you can only spend 2 or 3 times before the money loses its value. A bitcoin like this is not going to emancipate 80% of the productive poor who live on $10 a day, the ones trapped in fiat. only Bitcoin Cash can.
