I seldom say this, but I don't agree with you this time Stefan. I do agree with the general message that government intervention constantly changes the natural flow of the economy but I think economics still applies with that happening.

A “straw man argument” isn’t a misrepresentation. Saying “economics means nothing when government controls everything” is meaningless. Where does government control “everything” (not even NK)? Who supports that premise? It’s a silly statement intended to provoke.
