When you visit your PCP or OB-GYN they ask whether you have had thoughts of suicide, harming yourself etc. Thats a face to face conversation that can only take place if patients answer truthfully

I agree. I stopped taking them after 2 months of being completely neurotic. Never took them again after that. I told my doc and she acted like I was crazy for even suggesting it was the BC pills.
