I worked in HR for over 30 years. AA was initially a good thing because it forced companies to stop making stereotypical hiring decisions. A lot has changed since then and at this time AA is no longer needed. The culture has evolved.

It was never needed. At least not in a free market society. Just as gov enforced Jim Crow, it’s Government the one that prevents non-discriminatory entrepreneurs to compete.

Unfortunately, individual institutions, for example colleges and universities are still going to implement their own flavor of Affirmative Action.

In the name of private property rights, I support their right to discriminate. However, they should be be required to return all federal funds received since they began this practice (if proven in court).

When white people reach 49% of the population, affirmative action will change to reparations.

Can you imagine the greatness there could be if the lib elitists allowed individuals to be individual w/out labeling according to skin color or group! America was once based on individualism, & we had greatness.
