Actually, the tax itself was brought on to pay for war. It was meant to be temporary. After WWI it just stayed on.

'Recycled economic opportunity' means, the left, taking money you worked for and giving it to someone that hasn't worked, won't work and won't even say thank you for it but will think they deserve it bc they are poor. Much poverty is caused by the behavior of lazy stupid people.
