Equality of opportunity is freedom. Equality of results is tyranny.

It's not really equality of results. Look at Venezuela... Equally of results for the masses (extreme poverty and desperation) but extreme wealth to the few in power.

The people in power aren't included in the equality for all system. They keep themselves warm and fat.

But if we have equal opportunity and equal results does that create a paradox? XD lol

What?! You mean, everyone doesn't really get a trophy? Great, now someone's going to go down to the station to file a hurt feelings report.

there is no such thing as equality whatsoever in this corporeal world. the beauty of inequality is our uniqueness, and our place in this world takes time to discover. this experience is a subjective one. God promises to Love us all the same, and eternally.

And when equality becomes a takeover by the side who fought to get there, equality is lost once again; the vicious cycle starts all over again.

But shouldn’t we all be equal? Isn’t it the government’s job to make sure we all have the same amount of wealth? I’m an idiot

Tyranny masquerading as virtue. When the devil appears, it's always with a superficially pleasing facade. He espouses nice-sounding words like 'equality' and 'for the many, not the few'. He is the serpent that lurks beneath the flower.

Exactly. We're all equal in the grave, and that's exactly the fate communism expedites. I guess communism does achieve equality after all.
