Actually, the more feminist the society, the lesser the real/perceived need for alimony. Sweden is a great example where men&women have access to parental leave and economic opportunity. Also in Sweden, custody starts at 50/50. Because if women are equal, so are the men. There is definitely a case about how men are disfavored under the ancient system we currently have in America.
