I reckon the hours women work at home (cleaning, cooking, laundry, grocery shopping etc) are not included and though it's still work but not payed, not counted????

We're still trying to explain the wage gap to people screaming with their fingers in their ears? They know the reason, they just value the narrative more than facts.

It's very significant that more men are given o/t hrs instead of women. Do they even offer o/t hrs to women? It would be nice to know.

It doesn’t make sense to offer o/t to a specific gender

"Men may work from sun to sun, but women's work is never done." It's called the Third Shift. We get paid less for the "paid" work we do, & many of us working under 40 hours do so to care for our kids. Which is unpaid work, despite its immeasurable value.

How odd. As a single mom I worked 60 hrs a week. Still got paid less than the men. That doesn't include taking care of my kids, cooking, cleaning, landscaping and the extra curricular activities kids need for enrichment and refinement.

Why is that? Did I mention I went to school too? I remarried after my kids got grown. But then all of the single dads I know have their moms doing all the work. lol Salt that.

I think he’s refuting the women who complain about a gender pay gap. I believe he would much rather the woman to be a stay at home mom over working.
