The top 3% of taxpayers in the United States pay more tax than everyone else in the country combined. Good luck finding tax cuts that don’t disproportionately affect the rich.

I really hope
@realDonaldTrump's plan on raising the standard deduction goes through. That's one that *would* help the poor, all other things unchanged.
