Personally I don't think a valid Photo ID is enough. Voter ID card with Photo that requires renewal every 2 years and a social security #

It's not complicated. They believe core Democratic voting groups, who would otherwise legally vote, will be deterred by ID requirements.

If you can't get your act together enough to get a valid ID, you do not get to vote. That's the litmus test. That's it. Easy peasy.
